Chris McIntosh Joins 338 Partners as President/CEO
Badger Great and NFL Star to Oversee Performance/Nutrition Initiative

Delafield, Wis – October 9, 2009. 338 Partners, LLC announced today that Christopher McIntosh has joined the firm and will assume the role of President/CEO. Mr. McIntosh is an alumnus of The University of Wisconsin where he was an Academic All-Big Ten, consensus All-American, Captain of two Rose-Bowl winning teams and first round draft pick of the National Football League Seattle Seahawks.

In his new capacity with 338 Partners, Mr. McIntosh will lead the Company's initiative into healthy nutrition products targeted specifically to help people of all athletic abilities reach their potential. The centerpiece of this effort is the Company's revolutionary and proprietary Body Basix system which integrates each component of nutrition and training for performance excellence and optimal health. The Body Basix product line combines the best practices of proven methodologies with forward-thinking programs.
